Features

Built for real work

Every feature is production-ready. No add-ons, no extra configuration — it all works on day one.

Core

Multi-protocol monitoring

HTTP/HTTPS with custom headers and methods, TCP port checks, keyword presence/absence, ping/ICMP, SSL certificate expiry, and DNS record validation.

Multi-channel alerts

Route alerts to Slack, email, Microsoft Teams, webhooks, PagerDuty, or SMS. Configure per-monitor alert rules and set escalation thresholds.

Public status pages

Create branded status pages at your own subdomain. Group monitors by component. Customers can subscribe to incident updates via email.

Incident management

Every outage opens an incident automatically. Track duration, affected checks, and resolution time. Auto-close on recovery.

Maintenance windows

Schedule maintenance periods to silence alerts. Monitors are automatically paused and resumed — no manual intervention needed.

Uptime reports

30-day uptime %, average response time, incident count, and MTTR — per monitor and as aggregate reports.

SSL certificate monitoring

Track SSL expiry dates across all your domains. Get warned 30, 14, and 7 days before a certificate expires.

DNS monitoring

Validate that your A, CNAME, MX, and TXT records resolve to expected values. Detect DNS hijacking or misconfiguration instantly.

Escalation policies

Set consecutive-failure thresholds before alerting. Avoid noise from transient blips while catching real outages immediately.

Get started

2

Configure your alerts

Connect Slack, email, or webhook. Set failure thresholds. nsxia fires the alert and auto-resolves when recovery is detected.

3

Publish your status page

Create a public status page in under 60 seconds. Share the link with customers so they always know your service health.

FAQ

Common questions

How often do monitors check?

Monitor intervals range from 30 seconds to 60 minutes. You can set a different interval per monitor.

What counts as an outage?

You configure the alert threshold — e.g. alert after 2 consecutive failures. This prevents false alarms from transient network blips.

Can I use custom domains for status pages?

Yes. Status pages can be published at your own subdomain via CNAME. Set up takes about 5 minutes.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The free plan includes up to 10 monitors, 5-minute check intervals, and 1 status page. Paid plans unlock 30-second intervals and unlimited monitors.

How does SSL certificate monitoring work?

Add an SSL monitor for each domain. nsxia checks the certificate daily and alerts you at 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry.
